Has anyone seen the new patch that replaced the Ordnance school patch here at APG and at Ft Lee when move is complete.

The picture is on Vanguard's website under the title of Sustainment Center of Excellence.

Sorry I don't know how to post pictures.

I saw it, looks like something ROTC cadets would wear. I swear the people at the Heraldry are lacking hard in originality lately.

No, but these BullShcit Army names are ridiculous

Is there a US Army Sustainment/Armor/Infantry/ Manuever/Artillery/etc Center of Medicority or Failure? Its just so damn gay adding that to the school names. Some Staff Weinie no doubt who was given the Legion of Merit for it.

I don't know what they were thinking but we have PSG and instructors here that was told at the last minute of the change and had to rush to get them. The old Ordnance Munition and and Missle School patch is not not authorized. I have seen that patch for over 20 years and now a new patch for the school. Ugh. Especially when the school is moving to Ft Lee. We were told early this week about the change. A friend of mine who is an instructor for ANCOC here told me about it.

Boy that does look like a JROTC school patch.

What did the old patch look like?

Red Diamond with a yellow torch. It was the old Munition and Missle school patch for Ordnance.

Friend of mine just went to APG to be an instructor at the Ordnance school. Now I can make fun of him even more.

Pretty sure he was supposed to be at the school house (USAOC&S). He is an E5 and he got that earlier this year. I'm not sure exactly where he ended up.

Don't know what that key is supposed to lock, but I'm sure it's easy to pick...

Merit

Why don't they just re-activate some of the old units from the 1950s and use those patches. Logistical commands for instance. They're like the new sustainment/enhancment units.
