What are the vision requirements to be a crew chief on a helo?
Can crew chief be a guaranteed MOS?

Well,
If ya want helos you have to have A+ eyesight. Even then, you might not get helos.

Crewchief is only a guanteed MOS if you are going to be a reservist, and that is if the squadron for the airframe you want needs crewchiefs.

i cant help with personal experience, as I have 20/17.... But I have known many, many crew chiefs that wore glasses. Pilots too.

This is a laymans answer but, as long as you're not too bad, and correctable to 20/20- you're good.

want to be a crew chief?.... ask your recruiter about the AG program, thats the only way in. Unless you have brass balls (or no brains) like i did and went in open contract, lmao.
