PLZ! Help I am totally stressed... I have a house we bought and since PCS'd we meet all the criteria in the newly expanded Hap program for pcsing soldiers except for the 10% below ... however there are no houses in the town selling and everyone in the town is getting laid off or has been laid off!! so that leaves the people left with jobs in power and control and blinded with denial control and i think when the directives come down it is going to kill my chance at getting approved I have been so stressed.... we are left this house thousands of miles away it scares me what might happen... money is running out here, i have been looking for a job, and trying to stay patient but it is so hard... i know i am not alone in this...i wanna keep our good credit but its getting harder every month!! our house has been on the market for a year and there has not even been an offer yet. What do i do? I cant make some one buy my house I have a realtor I have brought my house from 107 to 98k over the year and have offered to drop it more but but been told not too at the advice of my realto at 98 i stand to make a whopping 68 dollars off my house i just want out from the loan. ANy advice?
