I guess I'm just venting but bought a home in GA a year before getting stationed in Japan. Can't rent home to anybody!! Fell behind on payments now bank is threating to foreclose. I don't know where to start to get out of this situation, credit is not that good

You may want to take a look at the stimulus package that was signed yesterday. There's a clause in it that would help military members who were unable to sell their homes prior to PCSing
