I recently read in the news for retroactive pay for stop loss for 9/11. Now in case you did not now after April 2005 every soldier that was discharge medically and was promotable would be release in the rank of their promotion status example if you are a E5P you would be realese as an E6 what does that mean it means more money for the discharge military member, I Applauserecently contacted PERSCOM and asked them if it would be retroactive for any one who served after 9/11 and they said no and is only for soldiers after May 2005. My question is, now with this 9/11 retroactive pay which is great why congress did not retroactive for service members who were medically discharge the Promotable rule, I believe we are entitle because of same war " war on terrorism"
