This is a new Forum created specifically for those Members who desire a venue where they can enjoy VIGOROUS, but CIVILIZED debate.
The rules are quite simple:
If anyone violates the simple rules posted above, they will receive one warning. If they violate the rules again, they will be told that they can not post here. If this guidance is not followed, they will be suspended from ALL the forums. I hope that this forum serves a purpose for those who are tired of the antics seen in some of our other forums. An interesting experiment, but would it be possible for posters who transgress to be suspended from this forum only, because otherwise, members may be reluctant to risk total suspension by submitting themselves to more stringent guidelines than are observed on the other forums?

Seems like these rules should apply to the entire board, not just one forum.
My first post here I was attacked as a troll because I disagreed with the poster. So, I am trying again, if people act as they did back in the GoldenWings days, I'll try again in another three years. |

In other words,as Butch Cassidy said. RULES, There aint no rules. Just don't call the piano player a S.O.B. even if the S.O.B. can't play the piano. Or something to that effect. Never the less I LIKE IT.

You are right on the money. Never go after the poster and you will stay out of trouble here. Anytime a thread goes to name calling of the posters the thread is done. Some come back from it but seldom do. Debate is a good thing and I love it as much as the next person. Thank you for your post. MD |
