I need the instruction for making a proper statement to a counseling for a shipmate whose superiors wrote him up after his home and family were robbed. I don't follow. What is it you're going to counsel this sailor on? How to recoupe his losses after being robbed? To explain why the 2nd Class PO wrote him up?
