Can one earn coolege credits via correspondence classes thru the NKO even if you are in another branch of military and if so what channels do I have to go thru ??

No. Not even people in the Navy get college credits for that.
Since you're a drilling reservist, however, you might be able to rack up some retirement points. Check with the personnel office in your reserve center to see if the Air Force takes them for retirement credit - although you won't get college credits, it will increase your retirement pay.
