I'm coming up for orders soon and my current NEC, Strike, is going away and has very few shore billets available. I was wondering what the policy was on getting a new NEC. Both Opintel and Imagery have multiple shore billets. If I was able to redesignate, would I be able to be sent to one of these shore duty billets of have to go back sea?
