WOW! I was going through vidios and there was my old unit patch. I clicked and there were
all these familar faces from 35 years ago. The faces and border images brought a lot of
memories. What a unique experience those days were (not all good). I revisited Bamburg
and Colburg a few year back, and at the time all the old barracks were still standing.
The images from google earth, however, appear to show a industrial complex standing where the
Colburg concern was.
