Filing a Non resident in Missouri, would a rental house in Missouri count as a "permanent abode"? (which would keep me from filing as a nonresident)

Greetings and special blessings.

A rental house in Missouri will not count as a "permanent abode" since you are not living in it.

I am from MO, I was active duty for 28 years. I always filed as a Non resident and sent the form that the commander signed off on showing where I was stationed.

Your MO tax comes out the same.

May God richly bless and keep you and your family.

In His Service,

Grover
