Quick question on the new uniform. The bottom of the front of my blouse dovetails a bit. On the UDC website it looks like the bottom comes together flat with the left side of the shirt falling flat on the right side of the shirt. On my shirt its more like a V. Is this unsat? I followed the measuring directions on the UDC website and I looked up the new uniform manual and I can't get a clear naswer.
Hmmm...I'm a male with no Coast Guard gut. It fits right in the chest with about a handful (maybe a tiny bit less) extra fabric. I think its fine and it looks good. I just don't want to get to another unit and have everyone think I don't know how to wear my uniform.

You may just have a dud as they call it. These are done by the lowest bidder and are whipped together. If you have not washed it send it back and send a note as it is defective. It should lay right. They do run a bit big. The only problem that I have had is the guys don't like the pregnant look. So I have been taloring the sides just a bit to make them lay flat and not wing out on the sides. Now if they are tight under your arms then it is to small.
