I have always wondered, based on AR 670-1, if the Medal for Heroism or the DA Superior Cadet Decoration (Senior and Junior) could be worn on the Army uniform since they are the only three medals awarded by the U.S. Army to cadets--both in JROTC and ROTC (rather than the numerous military association medals and awards).
They could be classified as DA civilian awards on the uniform. Interesting question. |
