I realize this is rather pointless but just trying to get some peoples perspective.. Did any one see the movie "The Rock", about a bunch of Recon Marines that take some dangerous missiles and threaten that they were going to launch them at civilians "San Fransisco" basically thats it but did any one else think they really made the Recon Marines look bad, renegade and just un-professional?

The movie, "The Rock," is one of my favorites. I thought all the military was represented in a highly trained and professional manner. The scenario is just taken to the extreme; a Marine turned Mercenary caused by personal feelings: "Well I have choked on these lies long enough."

How do you feel about "A Few Good Men," with Jack Nickelson. Do you think the military was treated in an unfair manner in that movie?
"I want the truth!"
"YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH."
"Did you order a code red?"
"You're god damn right I did!"
