I am an Operations Coordinator with L3 Communications ISD (Intelligence Solutions Division) and have several Intelligence Opportunities available. I would like to post this and reach out to the Intel Community and see what the driving factor is/would be, to join a government contractor such as L3 Communications.

Under L3 ISD umbrella, one of 90+ divisions, there are 5 current contracts and soon to be 6. I am working on supporting and servicing MNF-I (Multi National Forces-Iraq) and have openings for:
  • Intel/Sr. Intel Analysts
  • Counterintelligence/Sr. CI Agents
  • Screener/Interrogator
  • HUMINT Collection Manager

If you are available or know of anyone matching the skill set above might be interested, please share my contact information: jason.dees@l-3com-spg.com

In my opinion, from experience gained in my position, the qualified candidate pool is shrinking and the need is growing. I am curious to know your thoughts/opinions.

I am able to answer any questions you may have about joining L3 Communications ISD...please feel free to contact me: jason.dees@l-3com-spg.com

One thing that could be helpful for those interested in contracting letting them know when is the ideal time to apply for a job?

Also, what is the ideal candidate that you're looking to hire?

How does L3 handle contract buyouts from other contractors? Will you have a job for those that are bought out? Will you help with relocation expenses?

After the contract, what positions are available to those that look to be employees?

The majority if our employees have 4+ years of experience, but it all depends on background to be honest. Email me if you have specific questions, or any questions in general: jason.dees@l-3com-spg.com

We are now issuing referral bonuses to external resources: If you refer someone that joins L3 ISD in support of MNF-I, we will give you a $500 AMEX Gift Card...just an extra incentive...
