Is there a waver generally for just marijuana use? And no, it's not experimental use or even a conviction, but just general use of marijuana for less than a year.
Is there a waiver for this, or can one be DQed for it? Also, upon signing up, I -am- going to tell the truth about this. One more thing, any experiences with other people that have the same story? I'm sure it has to happen at least a few times. I've read through several post similar to mine, but none have been specific as to my case. |

The legal office is your best bet. I beleive it would depend on what level of clearance you're trying to obtain. You "might" get away with a waiver for a Secret, depending on how long ago you stopped using illegal drugs.
As for the Top Secret and higher clearances, good luck, but I doubt the invesigators are going to want to bend too far over to help you. SGT U.S.ARMY, Infantry Sniper, Iraq Combat Veteran |

I see by your profile, you're not in the Military.com system anymore. That doesn't do much for your credibility, at least not with me.
