I have done some research online and have found some info. saying that the USCG is slowly warming up to the idea of PRK as a method of correcting vision for the aviation feild. Is there anyone who works with a fellow coastie who has gotten PRk and now works within aviation such as AST or AMT?

PRK for aviation has to be preformed at a military treatment facility. 2 people I know got it, after they got in aviation. Your vision prior to that has to be within regs for aviation.
