I was just wondering how often you are moved around as an AST? My fiance doesn't want our future childeren moved around a lot. I know you are usually in one station for 4 years.. I think, but is there a way to stay in one spot a little longer, especially with childeren?
AST is no different than any other rate, you will move on average every four years. You have the option of extending, but certain requirements need to be met. You might advanve and move early. You could also get into the area of multiple units and hop from one to another with out moving, E-city comes to mind.
