Ladies and Gents, A few days ago (maybe longer) I got an email blast announcing the CG's approval of cross training with the Navy's Seals teams. While not rate specific, and the stated mission was to ensure the CG remains a viable part of the national defense team AND that members that complete the training will serve on a Team for a min of 6 years. To me this is an excellent first step toward bringing some much needed skills back into the fold once the tour is complete. My question is: is this for real or are my good friends pulling my leg (knowing how strongly I beleive we should be expanding our mission in this direction). If so, it makes me wish I was 22 instead of 42. Thoughts?
