Did anyone else see the Jet Ranger skid pickup of the flood survivor in Oklahoma ?. It appears that she survived the fall and that they (the helo crew )did recover her and got her safely to a nearby staging area.The video made all the major networks for the evening news.Reminded me of a 10 an 10 from an H-3.Remember someone always has a camera!
Yea, that was pretty poor. Sad too, so many states are putting forth a bunch of effort to provide trained helicopter rescuers. Glad she was ok. Glad too there was not alot of current. skid + current would have made for a bad day.
