hey guys I have a problem and need to loose 10 or 15 pounds plus 4 inches of my waist does anybody knows how or gain 1 inch on my neck.
this is why I went to meps last Monday the 23 of June past everything but not the weight. I'm at 199 pounds 66.5" tall, waist 44" neck 16.5" and my bodyfat at 31% need to be at 28% not prior servise I'm 36 old. any help.
hey man whats up if you run every day moderate food intake, dont drink calories, drink lots of water, do normal pt, dont eat at resturants and dont eat anything thats known as bad for you also no white bread or rice and no salt cause that holds water weight, and ooh yea two more things no drinks with any calories and run run run and then run some more, for your neck lay on the floor chest up and set your head down and lift your head so many times and make cirles with it and what not
1. Pay attention to both what and how much you can eat. Nothing wrong with using resturants as many of them have items that are designed for folks watching their weight. Definitely drink water, cut back/eliminate beer/soda (except for diet soda). I would recommend using a commercial weight control program such as Weight Watchers that will help you learn to eat smarter based on what you will find at the store, resturants, and the galley.
2. Continue to do PT on a regular basis - running, bike, etc., as well as the standard push-ups, and so forth. Each week try to increase slightly the number of reps/sets and your pace/distance.
3. Don't forget there is a significant difference between the pain that says weakness is leaving the body and the pain that says you did something wrong, you're hurt, take care of it now.

I would lay off the diet soda as well. those drinks are high in sodium. IM getting in shape to join the Navy with the goal being to start boot camp in Oct 1.
Anyways I lost 4inches and 20lbs the past 3 weeks. From 1200 calorie diet, cardio/swimmming in morning, and lipotropic shots... Just a tip that worked for me
It's a temporary fix, But I lost 10 pounds in 2 days by drinking Magnesium Citrate(1 bottle a day) and jumping on the Elyptical for an hour. No temporary fix replaces eating healthy and exercising but if you must, that's how I did it.
