Not a bad job, but just a few things I want to comment on.
1. Do not eat a protein food for breakfast, only eat fresh fruits or fruit juices. 2. Save the protein meals / big meal for dinner because it is going to rob your body of energy and might as well do that when you do not need the energy. In the morning and during the day you need the energy and should eat light. |
