Hello All,

My name is Brandon,
My Weight is 165 LBS,
My Heighth is 5"9',
I was woundering what would be a good weight range for someone who is mixed with Asian and White in them with High, Medium Bone Structors?

I mean I am Half Chinese, Part Japanese and Part French, so i'm mostly Asian blooded and i have High, Medium Bone Structors and i don't clearly know what a good weight would be for me with my past martial arts training and furture martial arts training, I mean when i get back to California i will be training in Jun Fan Gung Fu/Jeet Kune Do and Tan Kyu Do Gung Fu and both styles has techniques that has to be with Stand-Up Fighting as well as Ground Fighting and i don't want to be at a low weight where i can't throw my oppenment around and i don't wnat to be at a heavy weight where i can't fight that good because of it slowing my techniques down because i'm too heavy to take a swing or it hurts my kicks.

Personal Trainers that you know me says that 155 lbs is a good weight for me, but i would like to find a good weight for me for my martial arts, weight training & arobics training, In California while i'm doing Jeet Kune Do and Tan Kyu Do Gung Fu i will also be joining in other martial arts styles very slowly, so that i can remember and perform the techniques correctly because i have atleast 15 other styles i will be joining in, so that i can work on making my martial arts style along with doing my acting and stunt performing career as well as getting a martial arts dojo of my own.

If you guys have any advice, I would appriciate it very much.

Sincerly,
Brandon
