For those of you who haven't seen me in the Navy forums.. I am 23 years old, and when I first began (2 weeks ago) my work out to join the navy, I was 5'10" and around 280.

Now, 2 weeks later I am at 268.

So, now, I am retooling my work out... and this is what I have so far. I only work 4 hours a day at my ISP, so that gives me a bit of time to work on this...

07:45- Wake up, 1st meal (a fried or boiled egg, 1 piece of rye toast, a small amount of butter, orange juice, and a link of turkey sausage)

08:45- Walk for 45 (not including 15 min warmup)

10:00- 12:00pm Work... I do about 2-5 mins of pushups (modified) on the hour each our during work

12:00- 2nd meal... cucumber sandwich and some grapes (cucumber sandwich has 2 slices of toasted rye, cucumbers, a bit of mayo)

12:00-14:00- Work, pushups(modified)

15:00-3rd meal, banana, almonds, tea

16:00-use stairmaster while watching StarTrek Voyager (yeah, imma nerd)

17:00-18:00- Computer, 4th meal (Dinner time)

19:00-21:00- Computer, 20 modified pushups, TV

21:00-22:00- Walk for 45-1 hour, snack right after (almonds, a bit of cheese, possibly a salad)

22:00-24:00- TV, video games, whatever till I get tired

24:00-07:45 sleep of course

Right now, I weigh to much to jog or run... No use training for the military if I am going to blow out my joints before I even get there.. Once I hit around 240-250 depending on how hard it is to get to my training heart rate, I'll start jogging and running by then. Anyone have any suggestions on this? It would be much appreciated Smile
