Well im one of those stellar shipmates kicked out for PFA failures. I couldnt pass the weigh-ins to save my life! Even though my last PFA i ran 13:19 i was still kicked out because i was like 40% body fat. is it just me or does that seem kind of odd? That time was the fastest i ever ran even in bootcamp! i worked out anywhere from 3-7 days per week. the dietitian was my best friend, and i was always enrolled in programs that mimicked the biggest loser. Sadly as i got stronger and faster i still weighed the same or just gain more weight. I went to medical for everything possible and i was little ticked to find out i was taking the same test for thyroid.

at any case, what was i doing wrong? it felt like i was just stacking more muscle and more fat and my body just wouldnt let go.
