Does the Army (or any of the branches for that matter) have an exercise-related MOS? One that incorporates exercise prescription or strength and conditioning protocols?

Thanks for the link. I didn't see anything there, but it seems as though there should be something for that field. I am a professor of Exercise Science and it would make sense that the Army (or any branch for that matter) would devote some time and money to ensuring that everyone would be at optimal fitness levels?

The Navy has a specialty which can utilize your skills. Aerospace Physiologist. However, you should realize that APs don't always get a lot of practice in that specialty and that the job will vary from tour to tour. A decent plus is that you will get to go to flight school and draw flight pay. Talk with your local recruitin office and ask for an Officer recruiter. Or you can always post back here or send me an email.

Here is a link which has more info: http://www.nomi.med.navy.mil/NAMI/Academics/aerophys.htm

You could also consider research physiologist.
