I've been running every other day for about a month following the DEP Guide. I was currently running 20 minutes a day and working on the 30 minute mark. Im not sure what happened, but near the end of my running, when i was going downhill, I started to feel pain in my foot. The first day I couldn't walk without pain. So I decided to let whatever was injured heal. It's been 9 days and I can walk perfectly without pain. After about 7 running steps I feel the pain again. I ship off in about a month. What could it be?
I must of turned it over and didn't notice. Or pulled a muscle. I ran on it the other day and it seems to be healed. A humbling experience seeing that I would be leaving to BT pretty soon. I was thinking it was a stress fracture, and Im so positive now that it isn't. Thanks for the reply.
