Hi I am 17 and would like to begin preparing for the military. I am 6" 2' at about 210 pounds. I am not to strong but I can do at least 2 pullups and run for long periods of time.

Though i must admit, I am not good at pushups at all. I am not sure if it's my back that is weak or my arms.

What I would like to know is what exercises I can do to fully prepare myself for bootcamp in general.
