Those stomach pains were real, but I thought I can't be sick. I run 8-9 miles a day, eat well, don't drink or smoke, and have never been a patient in a hospital. Those pains always went away and I thought my good health prevented me from getting sick. Wrong mister! It wasn't till they get worse did I realize it was time to do something. After a week in the hospital and certain lifetime changes pending, I ask you something-please.
Just because you've enjoyed good health in the past, nothing is guaranteed. I'm alright, but sure wish I didn't deny the obvious for many months. It could've cost dearly.
Sorry for taking so long in getting back. It was diverticulosis-infected intestines. It usually effects those over 80 years of age or the obese. Left unchecked, a poison sack can break into the bloodstream and leave you in deep trouble.
I won't be 80 for another 30 years, and I weigh 172.
