1. in my right hip there is a numb spot that can at times feel like it is being pinched. any clue to what it might be?

2. whenever i am inhaling/exhaling my heart beats way faster than when i am not breathing at all. this may be a common sense question but is this normal?

The hip pain may be bursitis or sciatica. Best bet would be to see your doctor and have them refer you to an orthopedic specialist.
