Watch TV, do nothing, eat Big Macs and Pizzas, alot of sugary drinks, cookies, pancakes, etc.....

Good luck.

Oh I forgot, eat LOTS of sodium(Salt) that will make you retain alot of water so you will gain alot of weight.

Ofcourse you can get High Blood pressure and other problems and die from doing all this but atleast you'll die knowing you gained 60lbs!

When you die, I want the TV since Im the one who gave you the best and only response.

A friend of mine on the AF went from thin to obese in 2 months. He had a Dominoes pizza and a 6 pack of coke every single night. On Saturday night he had 2 pizzas. All that cheese and complex carbs will do it. Add some ice cream with lots of fudge and Oreo cookies, maybe you can do it in one month.

What's your body type first of all? Take thisand let us know what type you are. But from the sounds of it, you're an endomorph.

Do what I did; get a security job and drink LOTS of Coke...

...then you'll be where I'm at, struggling to lose that weight!

I would suggest picking up a copy of "Brawn" by Stuart McAllister. It is a weightlifting primer specifically targeted at "hardgainers". I followed the program for 1 year and went from 180 to 220lbs while my waist size went from 36 down to 32. Good luck.

One at most two pounds a week is all you should really be trying for. Your body isn't going to put on 15 pounds of muscle in two weeks. (You can make quick gains with supplements like creatine but alot of that is retained water) All weight isn't good weight even on a thin person. 5500 calories a day is far too many, especially if they are bad calories (high fat and simple carbs).

A rule of thumb is to take your current weight in pounds and multiply by 17-20. That is your base calorie need. Add 500-600 calories a day on that to gain weight. Another guideline is 40/40/20. 40 percent of your calories should be protein, another 40 percent carbs, and only 20 percent in fat. Even with that you need to avoid saturated fats.
