Hi Bruce I spent most of my day in bed I got cold last night and I felt cold all day even with the heather on my feet and legs are just cold. Me and kelly went to the gym last night and it was my first trip, I had to take it slow with my bad neck and back, I am not so sure about the gym. I just can't do the work out like I did some 40 years ago. even doing the small amount of work it worn me out all day today. But I think my wife did much better then me. This old body hurts so much every day. I work all my life and I over did it so many times. now it's not the same anymore getting older is not as fun as I wanted to be when I was young.

Well time for med's and sleep

It's 0900 hrs in the morning time to get up and put the coffee on and have some breakfast. There is no sign of rain and the sun is coming out. looks like a good day to hear the military jets fly over. I never get tired of hearing them fly over and every now and then I can get to hear the military helicopter fly bye I miss flying in the UH60-BlackHawk. and even the Airborne cargo aircraft. Well I did find a woodland 4 pocket ripstop BDU Shirt that I had worn in the Army in the 82nd Airborne I wished that now I kept them. It was very nice to wear and I liked them alot. It brings back some of the good old days.

Bar Keep, Gimme a double JD, to heck with it...just leave the bottle on the bar and I don't need a glass!

Temps are dropping down into the 20s tonight. NYC is having a frost warning. Cars will be crashing more than ever. Lucky there's a lighter rush hour on Saturday morning.

I refuse to call this shooter Hasan a major. That's a title of accomplishment which usually has to be earned.

He is a disgrace to all the military and to his own kind. Put a bomb around his nuts and blow them off. They like bombs so give them one that he can feel. a hanging is not as much pain that he has given out to others.

It's sunny, clear, and 65 degrees in the big city. I'm heading to the beach for a run. Sure would like to do a May 2010 marathon.

On the way back I'll stop at DD. I only eat doughnuts when nobody is watching.
