Not me. I'm a senior in high school and I haven't been to the fair in... 8 years. To many people for me.

Shouldn't you be in class studying Math, Science, English, and Chemistry so you can make something of yourself instead of loitering around here?

Not me.
In complete Adverbial Phrase punctuated as a Sentence

quote:
I'm a senior in high school and I haven't been to the fair in... 8 years.
Compound Sentence missing a Comma before the Conjunction "and"

quote:
To many people for me.
Usage error - should be "too", also another Adverbial Phrase punctuated as a Sentence

The young person could use some more time in Sophomore English. Roll Eyes

Actually, the time I usally get on military.com is right at the beginning of my Computer Apps. II class. After the first bell rings, we have a 8 minute breakfast break, which I use to get on this site (most of the time). I usually get all my work done and take notes fast, so I get on here while I can. Plus, for the last week, we've been making calanders and editing pictures. I like stuff like that so I'm finished pretty fast. So, the more work I get done, the more I can get on here. [Plus, no computer at home. My mom's roomate has a crappy laptop (which I'm using right now for the first time in a loooong time since I love this site so much)which gets virus' very easily an it's very slooooow.] I'm sure to get my work done first. I love looking at the fitness articles and news and discussions on military.com as much as I can!

While I try to keep what I post as correct as can be, I also try to type it fast and as to the point as possible. So I'm bound to make mistakes! Plus English and Composition are not my best subjects in the world.... but that's really no excuse is it? Frown

William, your profile does say "member not found" -- do not feel bad, many of old boys have that very same problem.
Tell ya what - you promise to join the Army, become a paratrooper and a tanker and we promise not to gouge you to much at the cafe' once your old enough to visit. Join the Marines and we'll throw you out of the shrine, take that motorcycle you got up on the highdive, then we'll let those Navy boys do what they do best.... Eek

One Flag......One Heart......One Nation............EVERMORE

Went to the Sonoma County Harvest Fair in Santa Rosa where I attended no less than two 2 and 1/2 hour wine tastings. You taste as many as you can in 2 1/2 hours. I was looped.

You ain't see devil drink until she drinks wines, esp. Sonoma wines.

WHOOOOPPPIE!

I did check out the llamas. One tried to charge me, so I took away its credit card. YUK YUK YUK.

In Sonoma there is not your run of the mill cows, pigs, etc. It's Llamas, Alpacas, mink, etc. Real farm creatures.

I did check out the display of exotic squashes incl. a French pumpkin, the various designer jellies, the vineagers, etc.

I'm one who believes that the drinking age should be 18. If you can learn to drink responibly at 18, then the rest is a no brainer.

But, wine, Wine, WINE! My delicate pallate is highly discriminating.

Pass the boones farm! Big Grin

Oh, heard downtown SLC is coming back!

Love wine? My grandpa drinks it on an everday - 3-4 bottles a day basis. He loves Wild Irish Rose. I heard it's the some of the nastiest stuff ever and it's cheap, but I think if he was a millionare he'd still drink that stuff just because he likes it! By the way, I don't drink and don't plan on it.

That's two out of three of the best things that you can do for your health.

I hope that you can keep these promises.

Just remember, if you start drinking...the other promises just get broken right along with it.

These are my opinions. Yours may differ.
