Cpl. Laurean the boy friend and the suspect of killing L/Cpl. Lauterbach has been captured he will now be brought back to the United States to face charges of murder, it was just a matter of time before he got caught, if he done this and I believe he did this should bring some relief to the family of L/Cpl. Lauterbach knowing that the person that is responsible for they're daughter's death has been caught and will be charged and tried and if found guilty will be punished for his actions. I believe the wife had to be involved in some way didn't she help clean the blood off of the walls and then paint them? and do you think Cpl. Laurean is going to be tried by the military for this if so and he is convicted he will be in a real prison, if they don't find a way to give him the death penelty.

From what I have heard from the Marines on here, about their prisons and how they are treated when convicted, if he is guilty I hope to God the Marines get him, not the civilians...

I think, since this murder happened on civi property, I don't think he will go to Levenworth. I could be wrong, hope so. We will find out.

Dunno if the UCMJ will apply here... Marine murders Marine tho. Feds could hand him over to the state (NC) which could then hand him off to Dept of the Navy for additional ajudication. I think I'd prefer a firing squad to Life in Leavenworth with Marine guards. He's a piece of work for sure... At least he's been captured. The screws will be turned... that's certain.

OK, NC had to take the "death penalty" off the table to meet Mexico's extradition laws... OK, we play their game to get this POS back... then NC says, oops, he's a Marine and the Marines want him and hand him over to them... sorry Mexico, games changed....
