I don't know if anybody else is doing this, my be a moot point by now but:

I was fueling my vehicle yesterday, and I sudddenly realized that my thinking on putting gas in the car had changed..

Whereas I used to think, "OK, I'm going to put $25.00 worth of gas in the car" Now I'm thinking in gallons and tank capacity. For instance..."OK, $25.00 wiill give me 6 gallons, and I have a 13 gal tank"

Used to be that putting $5.00 in the car gave you a good amount of gas.

Phew I feel your pain ~ I fill my truck at a 1/2-tank now and that’s still $70.
I noticed this week the price went DOWN 4-cents/gal. . .

In NJ, we have issues with gas stations charging 8-15 cents more a gallon just for using a credit card. There is one place I go to sometimes because gas has been steady at $3.84 a gallon but it is cash only.
