Would anyone be able to tell me if Marines serving as Marine Security Guards on Embassies around the world qualify for the Oversea Service Ribbon. I was station at two Embassies from Feb 1980 to Aug 1982 for a period of 15 months at each Embassy. Thank You [EMAIL]
