Im 20 years old have my High school Diploma, i want to be a soldier but i have a non violent adult felony non drug related. (organized Fraud)and one adult misdemeanor (criminal mischief)

From my understanding i can join but not right now because the army is not excepting waiver is this true? and if so is it permanent or will i be eligible soon, when will waivers be excepted?

Please need some answers thank you.

There is no way to know what the standards may be at a later date, but at this time the answer would be NO! I would get my court records and take them with me to each service recruiter's office.

At 20 with two charges on your records, I would spend a lot of my time and energy to build a reputation as a solid and trustworthy citizen. The records may not seem serious to you, but with today's job market they are going to have a negative impact on almost any job application.
