My husband is in tech school right now and i would just like to find out what the schedules are like. Does anybody know if they are 24 on 24 off? Or 24 on and 48 off?

Two on, four off.
When we were in places that had schedules like that of what your talking about. Enough time off to have a second job. You do realize that your husband will be getting paid to go to bed, kinda like a hooker |

I'm sure that each service and even each duty station has different policies. We wish you and you airman the very best. A listening ear, a caring heart, an open mind and an extended hand may be all I can offer, but it is yours without charge or Judgment. |

Served 13 yrs on the FD, schedule like this :
24 on, 24 off, 24 on, 24 off, 24 on, 96 off. Some departments work differently, with what they call "Kelly days" and even split shifts. Whatever the schedule I'm sure the husband will enjoy the job. |
