MY HUSBAND IS GRANTED CUE,FOR FINAL DECISION,THIS CUE WAS NEVER APPEALED OR LETTER OD DISAGREMENT SENT,mY HUSBAND HADE ALL HIS RECORDS FROM BOTH TERMS OF SERVICE, READING RECORDS,NEVER HAD UNTIL 2003, MADE ME SICK TO SEE MY HUSBAND WAS GIVEN A MEDICIAL DISABILTY,RETIRED, BACK MANY YEARS AGO AIR FORCE,AFTER HE LEFT AIR FORCE,NOT ONE PENNY WAS RECEIVED,FROM AIR FORCE, HE THEN JOINED THE NAVY,WITH A MEDICIAL DISABILITY.SPENT 4 YEARS IN NAVY,THE SERVICE MEDICIAL RECORDS ,HAVE THE WRONG YEAR ON SMR, WE HAVE TRIED,FOR YEARS TO CORRECT THIS ERROR,AIR FORCE RECORDS NO RECORDS FOUND,NAVY RECORDS A MISSING FROM ST LOUIS OVER 9 YEARS.THE HOLD VA HAS ON VETERANS,iS MORE THen I CAN UNDERSTAND,PROOF,OF ACTIVE DUTY,SERVICE CONNECTED,ALL PROOF,SIGNED BY SERVICE DOCTOR QRIGINAL MEDICIAL DISABILTY ,NOTHING SEEMS TO HELP. THE VA WILL DO WHAT,DECISION VA MAKES,AND MOST OF THAT,STARTS OFF BY 10%, my husband medicial records,clearly prove hospital daily reports of 6 months In hospilal,you would thing this Is a done deal,you are wrong,varo will not response ,and If they do It will take years to get a answer, maybe you will get a remand,from bva, that will also be lost,and you start all over again.when will this end,and where does the money go,when the poor veteran, Is again In appeals,or error sent on form, so you start all over again. what do you,think we can do to change this? my answer Is let the vederans run the varo,we will all get a chance, at fairness,just think all the money,ww2 vets,lost,where does the money go,another thing,I wonder how mank people work for va,wo never served their country,but had full control, over helpless veterans,this makes me sick
