My husband is a 09L - translator/aide, active duty, back from Iraq. We would like to get posted to Europe, preferably Italy. **w can he do that ? What is the process ? Paperwork ? W** to c**tact ?

Volunteer for overseas ***ignment, specifying locati** if any slots are available. Also make sure overseas preference ** servicemenber "dream sheet" is updated.

Use Army Knoweledge on Line(AKO) There is a site to pick your first and second choices for duty assignments and posting. I don't think DA 4187s are used much now that everything is on-line. Also try your branch manager for your MOS for a PCS.
