Yes, it is impressive. Now someone needs to cut him some orders to Biggs Army Airfield/Ft. Bliss,Tx. to the Sergeant's Major Academy where he can inspire other up and coming CSM's, and spend a ton of time with his family.

The Army made me do it |
He for sure deserves his current assignment as CSM of the Combined Arms Center at Fort Leavenworth Kansas. Nice Quarters, Slow Pace and plenty of free time to spend with his Family.
