Prayer from Sgt. Robert B. Moreland (ret USAF) September 27, 2009 Each day and night I pray (as I have now for the past five years) and I ask God to look on all the men and women who have fought for this country. Some have been injured, mentally and physically, and some have paid the ultimate price with their lives. But those who have paid the ultimate price, it is my prayer to the Father that they may be able to enter into the Kingdom of God. And those injured mentally and physically and those who returned safely, that their mothers and fathers and husbands and wives, children and loved ones and friends, but especially they themselves, come to the knowledge that it was God who brought them safely home. May His blessings forever be with you and for you. I am retired Staff Sgt. Robert B. Moreland, USAF. However my last three and one-half years I served with the Army, Navy, and Marine corps and air-force personnel on two marine corps bases. I offer this prayer so you will always know that on every Veterans holiday the USAF and American flags and POW flags fly over my home. Each day weekly I fly the USAF, American and POW flags so you are never forgotten, always in my heart and always will. May God forever bless you for keeping America free. Welcome home.
