I was wondering what everyone does to get to their last destination when they flying Space A. What is the cheapest way to get your air ticket? Do you try to buy get a ticket online after your flight is confirmed or go to the Airport ticket counter when your flight lands?

For example when flying into BWI do you go straight to the ticket counter to buy a flight or do you go to the USO for help buying a ticket online?

I couldn't tell you sports fan. I have not been on an airplane since 9/11.
I refuse to take off my closes and shoes so some idiot with a high school education and tell me to turn around three times and touch my toes. Once Pelosi, Reid, and Obama are out of Office I MIGHT consider flying once again.

Let me see if I can remember how I did it. Once you get to BWI go to the AMC counter and sign in. Depending on your status, you will be put on a list for your destination.
If you are retired and going on vacation, of course you will be low priority for a seat. However, if you are active duty on emgerecy leave you would have a very high prioity and get a seat right off. If you are traveling by yourself is also in your favor.
Remember, always carry enough funds to go commerical if you hit a block or if you have to stay somewhere over a night or two.
There is a site here I beleive that can give you all the right answers and books can be purchased at the PX on the process. Good luck.

Thanks, I have all the military info. Just needed insider tips on how to get a commercial ticket at the best price/at the last minute. Since I do not know when my flight will arrive or even leave (Space A) I can't buy my commercial final destination ticket till I get off the Military plane at the terminal.
