Camp Johnson, attached to Camp Lejune, has a nice Beirut Memorial just outside the gate. I wonder what time, they will be doing a Memorial Service, on October 23rd??
If anyone gets the scoop, post it here, please!! |

_________________________________________________That is what this thread for____________There is a candle light cerimony the 23rd at apprx. 6:22am and 31 second's ( The time of the bombing ). After that, there will be a cerimony for all at apprx. 8-9:00am then there are many gathering's at hotel's and homes of people that live localy.  This message has been edited. Well, I am checking it out to get to the Memorial. Amtrak can get me to Fayetteville with a 0134 arrival. Anybody know about bus connections between Fayetteville and Camp Lejeune? Might have to come a day early.
