I haven't been able to find much informatin about this rating can any current CTN fill me in on what they do and how they like it. I just need a general idea of how it relates to networking
Those answers won't be forthcomeing here. The reason you can't find out much about the CT rates is because they are classified jobs. You'll have to go with what you find online which isn't much.
