I am unsure as to exactly how the process of "IA" works. If I understand it correctly, it is using the forces of another branch (say, Navy) to augment and help shore up personnel needs in another branch, (say, Army) correct?

If so, does that mean that the opportunity exists for a Navy CTI to help out in the field in conjunction with Army, or other branch, linguists?
