The PS's weren't the problem...it was the hellish admin chain from the JAC to NAVEUR (was still in London at the time) to the Army in Germany.

Speaking from a Navy Reserve perspective, of course...

The admin chain for things like travel claims extends from the JAC to the Army's finance center in Benelux Germany...keep in mind, this goes through NAVEUR, which at the time was in London, but has since moved to Naples, IT.

Somehow, my claims kept getting lost...

Go figure.
