Has anyone ever finished NBIT school in less than the alotted amount of time they give us? In other words, without taking away from the lessons they teach us (all inportant, I'm sure)has anyone ever put in extra time and finished early? I know the lessons are structured in a way so that people can rotate in and out at any given time and it probably depends on which region for which you are assigned to, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Smile

And no, I can't attend the Active Duty A school. Frown

I have not seen people, even some with MOS's from other services that were intel-related, but not a direct match with IS, able to speed up the time of completing NBIT. Once you cycle through the modules, students attend a 2-week school at NMITC. From that point, they go to the Intel Unit that they are assigned to. If the person's TS/SCI is complete, they will go straight to work...if not, they will work with admin, training, etc. until they have their clearance.

Good luck!
