I was an RM in the Fleet Center at NCS Guam in 1971-1972. I also was the bar tender at the Duva Den Club on base. I would enjoy hearing from any Westpac sailors who want to swap PI stories. There are at least three "Unit Listings" here on military.com that,in one manner or another, have NCS Guam in their 'Unit' name.
As I looked at the member listings,on all three are people that indicate they were there during your time there.

This first one is the largest,with over 150 names listed with quite a few listed during the same time as you;
Naval Communications Station, Finegayan, Guam, Marianas Islands

This second one only has 10 members but 3 of them could have been there at the same time as you;
naval communications station guam

The 3rd one looks like only one there at the same time as you;
Navcommstaguam
