I started putting together my IS conversion package together today. I think the only major hurdle will be getting my NOSC CO to do the recommendation. I dont see me not getting it but just getting him to write it.
Does anyone have any tips for getting everything together?
From placing the package what kind of time have y'all seen until approval/denial?

I'm sure you already know but draft the CO's endorsement for him. It should save time and you can route it with the package for your entire chain to edit as it goes through.
